“Aïga means water. It is an Occitan root that can also be found in the Auvergne dialect, as in Chaudes-Aigues, for example. Through the name Aïga Resort Thermal Châtel-Guyon, we wanted to bring together three concepts: water, the resort with all its services, and the region” explains Sylvain Serafini, CEO of France Thermes.
Located at the foot of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, it is an ideal starting point for exploring the region. It is also suitable as a stopover on the way south and, of course, offers wellness facilities and a state-of-the-art spa. Individual travellers and groups are welcome for both short and long stays.
